Return & Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about returning a Hear‑Sonic device. Last updated: August 2026.

    10-Day Window

    You may request a return within 10 days of the date your hearing aid is delivered. This window closes automatically after day 10, and free returns are not accepted afterward.

    Condition Requirements

    The device must be returned unused and in the same new condition in which it was received, complete with the original box, manuals, and all accessories. If the returned item does not meet this condition, the full purchase price will be charged.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

    Final Approval

    All returns are inspected on arrival and are subject to final approval by Hear‑Sonic. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion, based on the condition of the returned item.

    Refund Timeline

    Once a return is received and approved, the refund is processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.

Disclaimer: By purchasing from Hear‑Sonic, the buyer agrees to the return terms stated above. Hear‑Sonic reserves the right to reject a return, or to charge the full purchase price, if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, or does not otherwise meet the condition requirements outlined in this policy. This return policy applies to standard, non-customized returns and does not affect the buyer's statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
